In Progress: Jmol - I would like to replace the picture with a better image of atoms or something that visually shows atomic theory. Any idea of where to look for such images?; I flagged this with Xavier's flag for perhaps insight on what sort of image/crystal structure would work. Whoever has an idea, just flag me with a Task, Jshorb 22:07, 4 June 2009 I don't have a problem with this representation. It actually reflects the structure of one layer in the HgBr2 crystal lattice; I suppose Xavier could make a better Jmol of the crystal lattice, but a more complicated figure may not get the point of one Hg to 2 Br any better; it might be worse. I am going to email this to Xavier since he has not yet responded. Jwmoore (UTC). I agree, I think a Jmol applet would distract the reader from what this image intends to explain (Xavier My comment was intended more for this image where it appears within the chapter and is explaining the atom ratios in HgBr2. For the Chapter Summary (which is what this is) we might get a more striking image, but probably not a Jmol of HgBr2 lattice. The image needs to reflect the content of the chapter, though.
