My name is Tim Wendorff. I am currently an undergraduate student and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in Biochemistry. In addition to working on the ChemPRIME project under Justin Shorb and Dr. Moore, I research salt effects on DNA in the research group of Dr. Tom Record, under post doc Laurel Pegram. During the summer of 2008, I worked on acetal organic polymer functionalization under graduate student Kerstin Wiss in the Theato group at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. Beyond scientific pursuits, I have an avocational interest in the performing arts, in particular theater and singing. I am currently a member of the University of Wisconsin Concert Choir.
